Post Molding Processes

At YJC, we can provide processes such as laser engraving, laser marking, printing, painting of plastic parts, and silicone oil coating and spraying. We provide our customers with a comprehensive and systematic approach from the very beginning to meet their different needs for product appearance and evaluate where we can optimize, streamline and add value to our customers. For post-molding requirements, our experienced YJC team is looking for ways to automate these operations to provide cost-effective solutions to your projects

Post Curing

LSR and silicone continues to cure after the part is molded. This post-curing process establishes persistent molecular crosslinking bonds between the material's multiple components, enhances the compression set of the LSR or silicone, and reduces intermolecular gas volatility. In order to speed up the curing, can use post - forming, post - curing process. After molding, the LSR components are placed in an oven, usually heated at 200°to speed up the curing process.

Silicone Oil Coating

It canincrease the smoothness of the surface of silicone products, feel delicate, and eliminate the astringent feeling of silicone after molding.
Feel oil has the effect of friction resistance, wear resistance, so that the service life of silicone products is longer, silicone products.
Silicone products are easy to produce static electricity in the process of rubber refining and forming, which is easy to absorb dust. After spraying a layer of hand oil, static electricity can be reduced.

The surface effects of hand oil are: frosted hand oil; Mist hand oil; Glossy feel oil; There are common type and high wear resistance type; High temperature curing and low temperature curing; Spray handle oil and silk screen handle oil. Customers need to choose which process they need according to the use of their products. There are also some details to pay attention to:

Spraying should be kept in a good suitable environment. It is recommended to use dust-free treatment in the operation room, control the temperature at 20 ~ 30℃, and control the humidity at 55 ~ 75%. Too low temperature will lead to poor leveling and adhesion decline; too high humidity will easily cause film shrinkage; too low humidity will easily cause electrostatic dust pollution and safety risks

Plastic Spraying

The field of plastic shell painting is very extensive, involving all aspects of life, but in the actual plastic shell painting process, there is the phenomenon of paint off. For example, non-polar material polypropylene PP material, low surface energy PA nylon material, PEI plastic steel, TR90 material, as well as adding glass fiber reinforced substrate and so on in the process of painting the adhesion between the paint and the substrate is not enough, resulting in poor adhesion of the paint film paint is not strong enough to drop the paint. So how to solve the problem of paint falling off the plastic shell? First of all, the interlayer adhesion between the paint film and the substrate is an important factor for the coating to adhere firmly to the surface of the material, so improving the adhesion between the paint and the surface of the plastic shell is a top priority, but also an important way to solve the problem of paint off.Use reasonable bottom type coating adhesion treatment agent, by spraying on the surface of the plastic shell, to improve the polarity of the base material and the wetting force, through the interaction with the paint film, to form chemical bonds, making the paint on the substrate firmly attached, so as to solve the problem of the plastic shell paint off paint, the cell adhesion test adhesion to 5 b.

UV Spray

Ultraviolet curing coatings, different from PU, PE and NC coatings, have different naming ways of film forming materials. UV paint is named after the curing way of paint, it is a coating that can be rapidly cured into a film in a few seconds under ultraviolet (ABBREVIATED AS UV) irradiation. The UV paint is different from the ordinary furniture enterprise commonly used PU paint, PE paint and NC lacquer, is truly green paint, do not contain any volatile substances, the UV paint products green, health, environmental protection 1 UV paint film is three-dimensional structure, high hardness, good wear resistance, good transparency, product bruised friction resistance, resistance to withstand the test of time and 2 overcomes the mechanized equipment The artificial factors in the manual operation make the color difference smaller and the quality stable. 3 in the production process, the harmful substances in the plate will be decomposed, and through ultraviolet light curing machine drying treatment, the product is more healthy and environmental protection

Screen Printing

Silicone products are only semi-finished products, and there are many processing processes behind them. There are many kinds of silicone products. Different kinds of silicone products require different processes, and most products can not avoid the screen printing process. In daily life, many products will use silk screen printing to complete the design logo printing.

Screen printing process for other processes, it has many good qualities, First of all, the flow is good, the paste viscosity is strong and the effect is clear, high and low temperature printing stability and weather resistance to aging performance is good and so on, the product screen printing patterns have a three-dimensional sense and feel, screen printing patterns also have excellent peel strength, wear resistance and brightness. So screen printing is a necessary process for many silica gel products to increase product performance and beautification.

Laser Engraving

Laser engraving is a surface treatment process. Similar to screen printing, pad printing, are printed on the product words or patterns, but in comparison with laser engraving mark speed; Image labeling beautiful; High resolution; Never wear out; Wide range; Safe and reliable; High accuracy; Consistent effect; High speed and fast; Low cost; Strong pseudo-visiting and other advantages. Laser engraving can be divided into dot matrix engraving and vector cutting according to different engraving methods."

Laser engraving technology has been used more and more in the printing field in recent years, and can be applied to a variety of materials including plastic and rubber, metal, silicon wafers and so on. Compared with traditional mechanical engraving, chemical etching, screen printing, ink printing and other methods, laser engraving technology has low operating cost, high flexibility, accurate control, simple operation, permanent marking and other prominent characteristics.
