Prototyping
For complex and critical part designs, prototyping is a necessary step to meet the performance and functional testing requirements of the product before moving into mass production. YJC works by providing customers with realistic 3D printed samples of these parts made from a wide variety of materials in a short time. Options for 3D printing production include plastics, silicone rubber, CNC machining, casting, or trial production preproduction. Each approach has advantages and limitations. YJC further aligns molded products with its organizational goals to support customer needs and enable products to be developed, launched, and brought to market faster and at lower cost than competitors. From DFM to Assembly
Our team provides complete prototype components, in-house mold design, mold construction, finished product assembly, reasonably cost effective packaging and transportation. Whether it's DFM's recommendations that allow you to efficiently and economically mass-produce your parts, choose the right raw materials for your project, or simplify and improve the quality of your supply chain, our team of experts will help you every step of the way. YJC provides customers with unique advantages and getting products to market before competition is key to long-term business strategy success. When your equipment is ready for full scale production, the manufacturing knowledge of YJC prototypes will be transferred to the new Product Development department of YJC injection molding products for pre-production, validation and continuous production.
